This mod adds my own fictional "xenotype" of almost near-baseliners, known as arkaians. they are known to be conquerors in the setting itself with great intellects, and excel in combat being both heavy hitting in melee and quite trained marksmenship, those who are not like them are treated as enemies or would be slaves in honour of thier Deities. "Praise be Lady Arkaia! Praise be the King!"
I had worked out Titles used by the Arkaian Fallen Empire instead of sharing the Shattered Empire's from the Royalty Dlc, there shall be more in the future!
