Prevents the monolith from spawning. I believe this still allows you to get the strange signal quest to get the void monolith. If anyone plays with this mod please inform me if you get the strange signal quest. I made this mod so that the DLC could be played more organically without having every new DLC involving interacting with the new "DLC Object".
