[WIP] HM Royal Navy - River Class (Batch 2) OPV [Multiplayer Server Friendly]

The Royal Navy's River-class Batch 2 Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs) are a modern and versatile class of ships designed for a variety of constabulary and maritime security roles. They represent a significant upgrade over the earlier Batch 1 vessels, featuring a larger hull, a faster top speed, and an expanded range.
Design and Purpose:
The Batch 2 OPVs are built for long-endurance patrols, with a design that prioritizes adaptability and affordability. They are not intended for high-intensity combat but instead are a crucial part of the Royal Navy's global presence. Their primary roles include:
Maritime Security:
Counter-terrorism, anti-smuggling, and counter-piracy operations.
Fishery Protection:
Patrolling the UK's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and enforcing fishing regulations.
Disaster Relief & Humanitarian Aid:
The large, open aft deck can accommodate up to six standard containers, allowing the ships to carry essential supplies, workshops, or medical facilities. They also have a 16-tonne crane for loading and unloading cargo.
Global Forward Presence:
The Batch 2 OPVs are frequently deployed to key regions around the world, such as the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and the Indo-Pacific, to conduct naval diplomacy and cooperate with allied navies.

Length: 90.5 meters
Displacement: Approximately 2,000 tonnes
Speed: Up to 25 knots
Range: 5,500 nautical miles
Crew: Typically between 50 and 60, with the ability to accommodate up to 35 Royal Marines.
Armament and Capabilities:
The armament of the Batch 2 OPVs is designed for their patrol and constabulary duties, not for major naval engagements, and consists of:
x1 30mm Bushmaster cannon.
x2 Mk.44 Miniguns (or Browning .50 caliber heavy machine guns).
Additional general-purpose machine guns.
A notable feature is the flight deck, which is large enough to accommodate a Merlin-sized helicopter. This enhances their surveillance and transport capabilities, even though they lack a hangar for extended helicopter operations. The vessels also carry two rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) for boarding operations and rescue missions.
