Grav anchors now provide a boost to launch quality.

[*] Grav anchors now provide a +25% quality bonus to launch quality if one is present on the map.
[*] Having more than one grav anchor on the same map does not increase quality further.
[*] This mod was intended to be used along with [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3522601536]NoGravAnchorNeeded[/url], as it renders the grav anchor otherwise useless. It can be used separately, though.
