This is a menu helper that will allow you to easily select/unselect perishable items when setting zone properties.
"Perishable" means anything that has a Deterioration and anything that rots over time.

This will give you 2 button states.
- "Select" - Will checkmark all items that are perishable
- "Deselect" - Will un-check all items that are perishable.
