By using only XML files without any C# coding, you can create a special character that works with the Special Character Manager.
Before You Use:
This is a sample for special character framework in Ariandel Library.
Including several well-commented XML files for generating a special Milira character named Ingifríðr Nyström and a Moelolt character named Yulinling.
In Ingifríðr’s PawnKindDef file, I listed all the tool-patch ModExtensions available in the library.
These thoroughly annotated XML files are your best reference.
