This mod adds a new Ideology meme, Regimented, which allows you to create a regimented society with strict hierarchies and roles. Designed around old militaries and mercenary companies, this meme values discipline and loyalty. All are expected to carry their weight and support their group, and the leaders are expected to be capable and driven.

Update 1.6.1
Completely reworked how the Chain of Command precept works to now only give a mood penalty if there is no leader, very much like how vanilla moral guides work. The penalty is -5 like the moral guide, though having a leader now adds a +2 mood bonus. This means that having neither a leader or a moral guide is now a harsh penalty, but having at least one is a more tolerable penalty, and having both is a bonus, which is both more intuitive and more compatible with heavily modded games.
