Less Revenant Invisibility cooldown
Buff revenant vertebrae to have 20 sec cooldown. (After decloaking)
It's hard to get revenant vertebrae and it gives you 15 sec of invisibility only once per day? It gets outclassed by psycast completely, so I have decided to change the cooldown to 20 sec.
-Is it overpowered?
-Maybe, but it's more fun.

Update: now you can choose cooldown by yourself in mod settings (reload a game after changing them and please check setting description)
