Add the following elements.
*Add B.E.P Fairy Tech as a new faction (with equipment that is one level more powerful than the industrial level).
*Addition of equipment at the level of the Cosmos Century.
*Rod of Wish to get any one item, as well as a more powerful wish-granting item.
*New boss, Resanagia, and quests in which the boss appears.
