Explosive Chemfuel

A simple patch that changes chemfuel explosion type to bomb instead of flame, while still leaving flammable chemfuel puddles afterwards. Entities will now take damage from the initial explosion (e.g. mechanoids, your base walls). Note that only explosion range, not damage, scales with the amount of items exploded. This is how all explodeable items work, such as mortar shells and IED traps. The base explosion damage is 50, which is 8x against walls, 4x against plants and other impassable buildings, and 2x against passable buildings.
