Overview Drop Pod Raid Jamming redefines how you defend against enemy drop pod raids in RimWorld! Activate a signal jamming protocol from your Comm Console to force enemy pods to land at the map edge, with a chance to crash and devastate invaders. Key Features [b]- Jamming Protocol: Activate from any Comm Console to intercept the next enemy drop pod raid.[/b] [b]- Drop Pod Jammer: Forces all enemy drop pods to land at the edge of the map[/b] [b]- Crash Chance: A percentage of enemy drop pods crash-land, injuring or killing their occupants. Crash rate increases with Long Range Scanners, up to three per base.[/b] [b]- Research Changes: Adds "Basic Electronics" as a new research node, required before Microelectronics.[/b] [b]- Settings Menu: Configure protocol behavior and view linked buildings directly from the mod menu.[/b] [b]- Seamless Integration: Does not change or interfere with vanilla buildings or their functions.[/b] [b]- Smart Status: Jamming Protocol is lost if all comm consoles are destroyed or lose power—reactivate to regain protection.[/b] How to Use 1. [b]Wait for an enemy drop pod raid—the protocol will intercept and signal jam it![/b] - Each Long Range Scanner boosts the crash chance for drop pods (up to 3 scanners). - The Comm Console UI always shows if the protocol is active, how many scanners are linked, and the current crash percentage. - If the protocol is active, a new one cannot be started until the next raid triggers. - If all comm consoles are destroyed or lose power, the protocol is lost and must be reactivated. You may see red errors first time after using the update. try delete the comm console and rebuild it. A few larger fixes, allies that join you in drop pods no longer triggers the jammer and crash. There was a bug before where you never failed the ritual, it works now, so you will now fail sometimes.
