PnzrMods Engine Cooldown Tweak
This mod does one simple thing: cuts the time between Launches due to engine cooldowns in half. Even at a 51% launch quality, engines were taking over 3 days to cool down, which is nuts! Now all cooldowns are half as long when this mod is enabled.
Probably not compatible with any other engine cooldown mods.
