[AV] Sparkling jade

This mod is about making jade more useful by giving it a fictional electric property as the main resource for tribals to maintain mechs which they might acquire. Obviously it doesn't end with tribal technologies. Added Research New damage type: jade pulse waves A jade pulse is a explosive shock wave which is used by some of the newly added buildings. On hit it will cause the following effects:

stuns mechanoids
charges mechanoid energy cores
pollutes the area when charging mechanoids (can be turned off in the settings)
organics (but not anomalies) might get a heart attack or are brain shocked (can be adjusted or turned off in the settings)
might start fires in the area
this will not directly damage bodyparts
It will not go through walls, just like a emp granade, even though the visual effect will go through walls. The visual effect can be swaped with a normal emp effect in the settings, this way it will only show effected cells, but wont be as pretty. Soundeffects are better when used with the Royalty DLC. Tribal mechtech buildings The biotech building category is no longer locked behind electricity. These EMP-shocks will destroy shields just like any emp. Yes. Can this be safly removed from an ongoing save? Probably, but back up your saves, just in case. Inbuild mod interactions:

 [AV] Mechanoid Spots
 Show Me Your Hands
CE? Thats up to them. Tribal mechtech is useless without a way to get mechs as a tribal! I've made a whole mod about acquiring mechs called [AV]Mechanoid orbital traders. Don't get confused by the name, it evolved into acquiring mechs in general. How do I get my mechs to a place where they can be recharged with pulse waves? Mechs can be restricted by their allowance area. This mod also contains a simple job for carrying a downed or out of energy mech to a pulse emitter / pulsing menhir, but it is far from perfect. I would recommend to use this mod with some other mods which allows for better (or more automated) control of mechs. Like [AV] Mechanoid Spots or WVC - Work Modes. Why jade? I didn't want to clutter the game by adding a new gem/stone and felt like I never used jade anyway. How much energy is recharged when a mech is hit by a pulse wave? It is not a fixed amount and depends on intensity of the pulse. Rough estimates:

pulsing menhir: 1-12% (~6,5% on average)
pulse wave emitter: 1-10% (~5,5% on average)
pulsing crystal explosion: 1-45% (~22,5% on average)
other building explosions: 1-30% (~15,5% on average)
I've got feedback or ideas for this mod!
