Phoebe Is Just A Chill Gal
Progression: Storytellers renames Phoebe to "Chelsea". This patch renames Phoebe back to Phoebe from Chelsea.

Why?
While alliteration is nice, it's hard to talk about the game's storytellers with those playing non-Chelsea-fied Rimworld without either translating from Chelsea to Phoebe or maintaining this cognitive dissonance in your head, like "Oh yeah I'm doing a run with Phoebe..." [i]well, she's actually called Chelsea in my game...I hope I don't slip up in this conversation and call her Chelsea, that would just confuse the guy...wait, isn't her whole deal that she's chill? Maybe she doesn't need to be renamed...[/i]
At least, it's hard for me to do. And thus, this un-patch was born! Maybe I'm just weird and no one else will want this. Who knows?
