It depends on the following parameters:

[*] Healing multiplier (effects or implants)
[*] Multiplier of the wound healing rate (genes or pawn properties)
[*] Regeneration Multiplier ("Heals 100 HP per Day" effect)
[*] Multiplier from regeneration from VEF (works for pawns with regeneration from mods with VEF)

With accelerated blood recovery, the pawn's satiety is spent much faster. If satiety is at zero, blood is replenished as usual, with the exception of pawns, with a reduced replenishment.
