Q: CE support?
A: No idea. Rather - no, than - yes.
Q: Is it safe to add/remove in the mid-game?
A: Add - yes. Remove - no.
Q: How to activate *desired_feature_name*?
A: "Settings" -> "+" -> "WVC - Tweaks and Patches".
Q: Why are there 2 tabs in the settings?
A: One for XML patches. The other one is for C# patches. C# patches do not require the XML Extension mod.
