- Description -
Psychic Anchor adds a new psychic ritual that prevents pawns from being downed due to low consciousness, anesthesia, or psychic effects.
By anchoring the mind to the body’s unique psionic field, this ritual grants a stabilizing hediff that resists most forms of unconsciousness. Pawns will remain awake and responsive even with severely reduced consciousness, but they still suffer all associated performance penalties including impaired movement, manipulation, and speech.
This protection does not extend to other causes of incapacitation. Pawns can still be downed from pain shock, blood loss, missing body parts, or extreme injury.
The subject may also briefly collapse due to whiplash when jumping from low to high consciousness.

After unlocking *Brainwipe* in Anomaly Research
A new Psychic Ritual will be in the Psychic Ritual Spot
It requires 3 shards and Ritual quality shortens the induced coma, from 60 days at 0% quality to 1 day at 100% (It wont actually be a coma because of the hediff)
- Thoughts -
I hated that there was no upgrade you could get that lessened the damage a Revenant would do to isolated colonists if it jumped them, so now if you survive the encounter and complete the ritual a Revenant cant wipe a colony completely.
- Notes -
There were a lot of bugs and weird interactions that I had to fix and I am pretty sure I didn't discover all of them so comment if you find any and I'll try to keep updating it.
I'm pretty sure it is compatible with most mods, but weird interactions might pop up.
The hediff can now be removed with extract skull from dead pawn, or if the pawn dies from their head being destroyed.
