[*] Removes all AC content from DBH in favor of 'VE - Temperature'. (airPipes, AirconUnits, FreezerUnit, CeilingFans)
[*] Removes the AC research from DBH.
[*] Removed the Sprinkler from 'VE - Farming Module',
[*] but adds the texture from VE to the DBH Sprinkler.
[*] Removed Sprinkler research from VE.
[*] Removed Kitchen Sink from DBH. (in favor of the one from 'VE - Production Module')

That's it! This mod simply removes the duplicate options between VE and DBH.

And the washing machine has been moved from 'Recreation' to 'Hygiene' in the Architect tab.
