A better and VERY SIMPLE solution than using robotic pivots that suck up electricity in your vehicle. May be slightly more annoying to use but that goes down to the users preference.
How it works:
- VELOCITY PIVOTS rotate freely when pushed or pulled but lock when powered, but ONLY use power/electricity when commanded to rotate at a set speed when a positive or negative numerical value is linked to its "rotational speed" input
- Since this setup uses a HANDLE to move the pivot it allows you to push or pull the door
- NOT logic will invert the "occupied" output signal of the HANDLE component
----->Using these concepts, whenever you aren't holding the handle, the door will "lock" from it being powered and the pivot will not rotate and stay put wherever you let go of it. When you do grab it, the relay de-activates, turning the pivot into a free moving hinge, allowing you to move it wherever.
