Functional Room [Continued]
Original Description:
This mod prevents the room Space rating from being lowered by furniture occupancy.
The room Space rating is calculated purely by the area of the room only.
No longer will the settlers have to abhor the furniture that they have been coveting.

Functional Room - changes only room's Space value itself.
Realistic Rooms - does NOT change room's Space value, but instead reduces Space requirement for all seven Environment designations.
