Patches the nutrient dispenser to properly use modded hoppers allowing multiple stacks per cell.
Fixes a bug where the dispenser fails if the topmost stack lacks sufficient nutrients.
Has no effect on vanilla single-stack hoppers.
Vanilla Nutrient Paste Expanded supports multi stack out of the box but not multi cell hoppers. With this fix this is also patched.
