FV Element - Lobster Boat
FV Element
This boat is based off a small Maine Lobster Boat.
It comes with five (5) pots and five (5) buoys.
Top Speed: 30 Knots
Cost: $35512
Hold: 162
Setting:
1. Lower Tailgate.
2. Attach a buoy to connecter above the hauler.
3. Grab rope that is pre-stored on the trap and attach to the center rope connecter.
4. Push trap off the stern while still holding the rope.
5. Once trap lands on the sea bed, attach rope to buoy.
6. Disconnect buoy and throw overboard.
*Note* I wouldn't set deeper than 20 meters, 30 max, but that is pushing it.
Hauling:
1. Approach Buoy slowly on the starboard side.
2. Once in reach, grab buoy by hand via electrical connecter.
3. Attach buoy to electrical connecter above hauler.
4. Disconnect rope from buoy and attach to winch above hauler.
5. Once the trap is at the rail, attach the rope from the second winch to the bottom of the trap and use them to get the trap over the rail. (This part takes practice and finagling)
6. Once you empty the trap, push it to the stern where it was before and continue this process.
Feel free to change up the colors, and the name of the boat to make it more of your own.

I've used various microcontrollers from other creators (Skeeter, eTrain, and FJwarner to name a few).
The traps are inspired by a build from Amiehls.
