Allows adjusting rain sound volume live via mod settings (weather will change to clear and back to rain for a second to allow applying changes) and changes the rain sound to dmca free version (avoiding claims on youtube or other plattforms caused by the rain sound actually) - the rain sound can be changed manually to another sound replacing the Rain.ogg file under Sounds/ to an different .ogg sound file - name should be staying Rain.ogg
