Planika is the Slovenian name for the Edelweiss Flower, This tank is a earth-ised version of the fictional tank "Edelweiss" from Valkyria Chronicles
Design
Planika's main design inspiration is of course the Edelweiss, with the hull being a direct copy from the In-Game tank
Other noteable design cues were taken from:
The Tiger 2 for the turret
Panther G for the engine deck
Some Cold War Soviet tanks for the IR Spotlight on the turret
Armament
The Edelweiss is armed with a 82mm gun like its In-game counterpart
It also has a Coaxial MG that fires in 7 round burst
