## ** BOATING **
Helm: (Press H to call up seat list)
- Locate Engine panel to the left of the wheel.
- Flip on "Engine Enable/Off" switch(es)
- Press matching "Engine Run" button(s).
- Wait for engines to start and come to idle. (3.5-ish RPS)
- Turn on Lighting as desired.
- SHIVER'GIT!!!!! (W/S) (Max 75% in High winds. 100% if you are good.)
- Adjust Trim as required. (Up/Down Arrows) Recommend negative value in rough seas.
** NOTE: If you flip this boat, it behaves like Tamatoa in the movie. Stuck. If the sea is rough enough, and for whatever reason, if you full throttle and press A or D, the wave can catch the prop. However........ you better be good at anticipating throttle & movement control. Sometime, slamming it into reverse and catching the wave is easier, but still requires skill.
## ** CRABBING ** (Must be within 40 Meters of Sea Floor or 80M, if you like Scuba diving)
Control Handle or RC control.
(**NOTE** RC remote has Toggle button functions. Be sure to check display for active functions!)
(**NOTE** If pod is full and buoy light is flashing, the pod is considered to be "Disarmed"
Deployment
- Locate switches on shiny roof for Pod releases.
- Start with Pod 1 or 4.
- Occupy control device.
- release crane mag and raise winch a bit. (Must be below shiny roof line)
- Swing crane over released pod. If mag is active, it should grab the buoy.
- Drag buoy & pod out through the opening.
- Press Button 6 (Twice on RC control) to arm pod. Buoy Light will come on.
(6 Seconds of arming signal will Disarm Pod)
- Press Space bar (Twice on RC control) to release buoy.
- Enjoy catching those crabs.
From a lot of play testing, after pods 1 & 4 are deployed. You'll need to push the other pods closer to the middle so the crane can pick them up. Otherwise, lengthen the winch and manually attach the connectors.
Retrieval
** Buoy Light will begin flashing when Crab Pod is full (16) **
- Use whatever method and get crane to pick up buoy. Winch will auto-retract.
- Position buoy & pod over collection grating. Ensure winch is all the way up.
- Press button 5 to release crabs. This is a toggle function for both control devices.
- Once pod is empty, press button 6 to arm for deployment or drop on the deck and push back to storage. Be sure to turn on matching storage spot.
Happy crabbing!!!!
