Destroy Item Hardcode Patch
Using Harmony to patch the designator in Destroy Item mod, making its label and description available for localization.
I noticed translators asking for keyed labels and descriptions for the Destroy Item mod, but the author hasn't provided it in a long time, after versions.
So I decided to patch it myself, and I'd be glad if someday the author would include keyed translation in the mod itself.
The patch includes Chinese Simplified translation already.
