Lets you choose the research speed of all pawns and global research cost. Works for modded items as well
1.0 = 100% multiplier, so if you put 10.0 for pawn speed and 5.0 global cost, than pawns gain research points 10 times faster and global cost is 5 timers than normal
You can enter a custom multiplier, for both pawn's and global cost, change in mod options
