Summary
Standalone mechanoids contents pack - better not to be used with MIM Warhammer 40k mod set, since it messes you up with redundant contents. But there is no hard limitation, so if you want, you can put them together.

Medium: Psiloi Construct
Requires 2 bandwidths. Ranged ones use medium-size biotech mechanoids weapons, while melee one uses no additional weapon. Don't need to do the custom research - it's not included but I'm too lazy to update the picture.

Heavy: Kataphron Servitors
Requires 2 bandwidths. Ranged ones use Centipede weapons. Melee version uses breaching axe / mace, and if Royalty is enabled, monosword. Don't need to do the custom research or custom item (gun servitor chip) - it's not included but I'm too lazy to update the picture.
