Chainsaw: +40% Plant Work Speed, +20% Butchery Flesh Speed
Power Saw: +40% Construction Speed
Auger: +60% Plant Work Speed
Electric Chisel: +20% General Labour Speed, +80% Smoothing Speed, +10% Construction Speed
Jackhammer: +40% Mining Speed
Electric Drill: +40% General Labour Speed, +10% Construction Speed, +40% Mechanoid Butchery Efficiency and Speed
Nail gun: +20% Construction Speed

This mod just adds new items so it should be safe to add and remove (as long as you have none of the power tools on your map or pawns) at any time.
