[!] This mod can be very cheaty. Crude oil/chemfuel consumption are not affected by speed or yield settings.
Adds configurable speed and yield settings of the following refineries:
- Crude Cracker (yield only)
- Synthylene
- Napalm
- Synthread
- Hyperweave
- Synthamide
- Neutroamine
- Autoclave (speed only)
In addition, it also supports CE refinery versions of:
- FSX
- Prometheum

Workaround
Setting high speed settings on certain refineries will sometimes cause them to overproduce despite completing the bill
while I'm not 100% sure, it seems refinery activation is checked every few ticks, and there's possibly a short delay before it realizes that the job is done. This could be why certain refineries keep running longer than they should, thus leading to overproduction. Moreover, some refineries work faster than others at their normal speeds, which might make this effect noticeable when combined with high speed settings
Reduce speed slider of the affected refineries to more stable values if you want to avoid this behavior
