A simple mod makes Sentience Catalyst craftable. It costs 2 Ultratech Medicine and 1 Adavanced Component
I have two mods about Sentience Catalyst:

These two mods all require sentience catalysts and that's why this mod exist. However you can use this mod alone without them.
If you have Friend Helpful installed, the research project to unlock the recipe will be different.
