Experiment Hellmire

This Rimworld, named HLM143 known as Hellmire, has been damned for a long time. Your space force has decided to give it mercy; in the midst of nuclear fallout, volcanic winter, and constant war, by annihilating it in 2 months. This unlucky handful (of sociopaths) were cast onto this dying Rimworld as a social experiment. The space nation has gone wild for this, placing bets, hosting events, even streaming and recording every second of these poor souls short little lives. What will they attempt as their last act? You will start with 10 colonists and legendary armor and assault rifles, as well as some extra gear for "volunteers". You have just under the required resources to construct a spaceship for your 10 colonists, making you trade, raid, and accept quests to gather the remaining materials necessary to build your escape. (Keep in mind the spaceship takes 15 days to charge up, requiring you to finish the project in under a month.) or.. you could ignore our gift and use the extra morale boost and travel speed to conquer the ruins of this planet before it and your imminent destruction. The choice is yours in Experiment Hellmire. (It is recommended gameplay and lore wise that you increase the number of pirate nations)
