this mod changes the waterskip psycast to be able to target pawns, so you can more easily extinguish fires on flaming pawns while they run around randomly.
a "pawn" includes any living entity i.e. colonists, raiders, mechs, animals
i recommend the mod Ground Targeter to go along with this
