AdP Alpin Mdl. 1961 'Soraya' | SPFA Livery
Sooo this is my first ever workshop vehicle.
This bus is, by far, not my first vehicle, but it's the first that I think works well enough to be published on the Workshop.
The AdP Alpin Mdl. 1961, nicknamed 'Soraya', was deeply inspired by the real-life Swiss Postal Services FBW C40U.
This bus, made by Autos dal Pievel with the help of the Allensiscan Federal Postal Services (SPFA), was long used in to help people travel through the Alps.
This bus, equiped with a strong engine, had an impressive power. So impressive that drivers kept it in 2nd gear, otherwise, it't drift. Yup, it's a drift beast.
It is an AWD vehicle and the back wheels are able to turn a tiny little bit to make manoeuvers on tricky roads a bit easier.
Hope you'll enjoy it! It's extremely simple, yet pretty efficient. It's also got all the required repairing and fire fighting equipments inside.
Driver controls:
Turn: A/D
Clutch/brake control: W/S
Handbrake: Space
Previous gear: 1
Next gear: 2
Engine start: 3
Headlights: 4
Horn: 5
Repair tips:
If the engine catches fire, you probably won't be able to repair the bus's most important microcontrollers by using the repair hatches. You'll need to fix them through the roof, which must be possible.
Most other microcontrollers are located all along the roof and under the back bumper. If you lack blowtoches, you will find a couple more in the trailer.
If you would like to readapt this vehicle with your own livery, you may post it as long as you explicitly credit me as the base vehicle's creator. Same thing if you modify it.
