On the way to the frontier, the other races moved to the same race's ship where they met in the middle.
But the last remaining Horans had no home because their home planet was invaded by mechanoids.
Eventually, the President of the Republic of Horan and the people in high positions were worried.

"Mr. President, why don't we create a new Republic of Horan by creating villages all over the periphery and pioneering planets?'
The president and all senior officials unanimously passed the plan
