I've come with idea that morale system should be changed, and with assistant of on youtuber - @Taverna_Simpay - i've made a patch which changes the gameplay.
Basically, it grants you a huge morale boost for more a half of a year, but if you don't make for that time anything to get some joy to your pawns, they will always get nervous breakdowns due to constant zero morale boost. Usually this mod could fit for those who build and create stuff they need first and joy for pawns - later.
WARNING! This mod have Russian locolization, but i guess that wont hurt yet because it's obviously understandable what stands for what.
