Just a small mod for personal use to reduce leather clutter. There are multiple other mods out there that do similar things. A better way to use up your spare scraps of leather than patch leather. Composite leather requires any leather (x50), cloth (x25) and little bit of chemfuel (x10). Stat wise it is above average all around. Somewhat based on real process - bonded leather.
