This is the ED-1000. It is a reserve power box for a building. It has the same idea as the Tesla Powerbox, and quite frankly that was my inspiration.
Connect a cable to the electric service drop (or equivalent) and then to the top of the ED-1000.
Mount using the back two small connectors. This is the new Zaraz mounting standard.
