Rimfront Armorworks CE Patch

Updated CE Compatibility Patch for Rimfront Armorworks. The changes are largely as Follows: -Added devilstrand to the helmet crafting recipe and swapped cloth for devilstrand in the armors. This is to keep in line with general CE crafting recipe changes. -Removed movement speed changes from both armors. -Added a melee dodge BONUS to the Lancer Assault Armor and a melee dodge PENALTY to the Bulwark Combat Armor to reflect their difference in weight and protection. -Added slight weapon handling buff to both armors. -Added slight bulk capacity increase to both armors. -Added reload speed buff to Bulwark Combat Armor (It has magazine pouches for a reason.) -Both helmets and armor now offer some toxic environment resistance. -Both helmets have the strapped head layer and are immune to smoke inhalation to compensate for not being able to wear a gas mask. -Both helmets have night vision capabilities similar to the N.O.D.s from CE (50% for Lancer 60% for Bulwark.) -Added shooting accuracy BONUS to both helmets in place of the large weapon handling bonus exclusive to the Bulwark helmet. (Added small weapon handling bonus to both armors to compensate for this change.) -Added hand and feet coverage to both armors as well as changing overall armor coverage to be both middle and outer layers to prevent them from being completely overpowered. (No more smuggling high end combat BDU's under a duster! I see you 👀.) -Added support for CE's partial body coverage system. Obvious shout outs to Dave🎄 and TimesNewRoman for the original mod. And the crazy lunatics who develop and maintain Combat Extended.
