[1.4-1.6] Prisoner Delivery Service

Ah yes... Rimworld. Such a wonderful game. From harvesting organs, to making mass death camps for human leather hats... to making plantations and more. But seriously. What IS the true point of all of it? That includes raiding! Or nonlethally beating raiders you just want to antigrain! Do you truly need to raid for your stock? Or... perhaps you could simply have them come to you?

Introducing Prisoner Delivery, a highly customizable mod allowing for a Prison Architect esque experience. Prisoners are annoying! The other factions need tables to eat on! So what do they do? Send them to you! So whether you wish to make a Brothel with dozens of women (or men, we don't shame!) taken from all across the Rim, or a Organ Harvesting Plant where you don't care about that stuff, a Plantation, a Rehabilitation Center, Or maybe even Unit 731, This will give you the tools for it!

WHAT'S NEW

SUPPORT FOR 1.4 AND 1.6 HAS BEEN ADDED! I FINALLY GOT AROUND TO UPDATING THIS!

ChangeLog:

-Added New Building "Prisoner Drop Beacon" (Because god has a problem with Skelets roof) - Placing one of these down tells the drop pods to spawn around there (Found in Misc Menu after unlocking Microelectronics)

-Updated the check systems, it will no longer give penalty if a prisoner spawns with something like a peg leg and will not give massive penalties

-Improved the setting menu to be cleaner & added a bit of color

-Fixed a few annoying memory leaks

-Fixed the Cooldown, Organ Harvesting, Early Release, Innocent Kill, and Anger Cooldowns to survive saves, which the old system somehow couldnt.

-Fixed the ignore times to be accurate to their correct times, if you set it to 1 day it will be ignored after exactly 1 payment cycle

-Fixed the silver distribution, prisoners who escape or are killed will not be counted towards the greater daily payouts

-Added Toggles to make prisoners cost money (Default 0, set to whatever you want prisoners to cost), spawn with or without clothes, and with or without faction affiliation.

-Extensively tested all 3 versions of the mod (including the rewritten version 1.5) with 37 separate tests across 9 categories, totaling around 111 different confirmation tests to make sure its old save compatible & works in all environments

-Made it so all systems work off of a Hediff system visible in the health menu, you can see when their protections expire from there. (PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY LAG AT ALL FROM THIS)

This should hopefully solve nearly all previous issues! I will be playing with this mod! I apologize sincerely for how long it took!

SETTINGS (Options > Mod Settings > Prisoner Delay Service)

General

- Male Prisoner Percentage: Set the ratio of male to female prisoners (0% = all female, 100% = all male)
- Maximum Prisoners at Full Goodwill: How many prisoners a faction will deliver at 100 goodwill (Default: 20)
- Delivery Cooldown (Days): Minimum days between deliveries from the same faction (Default: 5)
- Deliver as Slaves: Prisoners arrive as slaves instead of regular prisoners — requires Ideology (Default: Off)
- Prisoners From Enemy Factions: Prisoners may originate from hostile factions; off means random nomads (Default: On)
- Prisoners Spawn Without Clothes: Prisoners arrive stripped (Default: Off)

Payment

- Cost per Prisoner: Silver deducted from your stockpile per prisoner ordered (Default: 0 / disabled)
- Silver per Prisoner: Silver earned per living prisoner per payment cycle (Default: 5 / Set to 0 to disable)
- Payment Interval (Days): How often you receive silver for kept prisoners (Default: 1)

Goodwill

- Minimum Goodwill from Penalties: Penalties cannot reduce goodwill below this floor (Raids, attacking settlements and everything else should work fine however) (Default: -30)
- Angered Factions Still Pay: Factions angered by your actions still pay silver as usual (Default: Off)

Early Release / Escape Penalties

- Faction Angers from Early Release: Prisoners leaving the map early angers their sending faction (Default: On)
- Goodwill Lost per Early Release: Goodwill lost per escaped prisoner (Default: 5)
- Penalty Cooldown Duration (Days): How long the cooldown is extended after a penalty (Default: 5)
- Days Until No Care: After this many days the faction stops caring about escapes entirely (Default: 15)

Organ Harvesting Penalties

- Faction Angers from Organ Harvesting: Harvesting organs from delivered prisoners angers their faction (Default: On)
- Goodwill Lost per Harvest: Goodwill lost per organ harvested (Default: 15)
- Penalty Cooldown Duration (Days): How long the cooldown is extended after a harvest (Default: 7)
- Days Until No Care: After this many days the faction stops caring about harvesting entirely (Default: 21)

Innocent Kill Penalties

- Faction Angers from Innocent Kills: Killing non-guilty delivered prisoners angers their faction (Default: On)
- Goodwill Lost per Innocent Kill: Goodwill lost per innocent prisoner killed (Default: 8)
- Penalty Cooldown Duration (Days): How long the cooldown is extended after a kill (Default: 6)
- Days Until No Care: After this many days the faction stops caring about kills entirely (Default: 15)
