This is the sub pen bunker. Its designed to protect players and npcs from most natrual disaters and a safe haven during a zombie outbreak. It has a very heavily armoured entrance with a fake brick wall thats quite armoured. It also features a sandbag security checkpoint right by the entrance.
Inside the bunker there are a few beds, a medical bed and a prison cell which appears to have been already used. And it also features a climate control, with vents that can be shut and opened, and an air reserve so you can either suffocate your self with CO2, or just for use during a tsunami.

Spawn it with the structure spawner by the entrance of the sub island cave
