This is a coal-operated forge used by blacksmiths. It is very loosely based off of a early 20th century Champion Forge & Blower. Infinite electric is not required to be off but I would as the logo has a little effect based on how long the crank is turned.
The crank blows air, that's how blacksmithing forges work.
