Risk of Rain Bungus (1.6 Temp)

This is a temp fix for 1.6 due to Vanilla Expanded Framework changing namespaces. Will be removed when the original Bungus mod is updated to 1.6.
Also changed how the Bungus buff works so that the duration only falls off when a pawn is outside the radius (no more 1-tick no buff for those pawns who are helpless without the pain reduction buff).
Adds the Bustling Fungus from the Risk of Rain franchise as a pot plant that emits a regenerative aura.
