Freedom at a cost: After serving their sentence, a maximum security psychiatric facility on a distant planet releases its prisoners into space because they have become undesirables. The landing does not always go well and your survivors find themselves crashlanded on an unknown planet.
Your first arrivals will have various negative traits and addictions common in prisoners and psychopaths. But since they are all psychopaths, they will be less bothered by any extreme measures you may take to keep them under control, or satisfy their desires (choose a 'fun' ideology!).
Starts with 5 people who will have a rough time getting along and are prone to mental breaks. They will have basic tech and some knowledge of drugs and weapons and arrive sparsely equipped with what they could stow away before take-off.
