Alistair MBC Truck and Rover - KP Tech
Description
A truck and rover? (I don’t know what to call it) made to mine uranium or any other mineral above ground. With a total capacity of 108 (27 in the rover and 81 in the truck), it’s on the smaller side of miners, but still enough to get the materials for 4 fuel rods per trip.
Both vehicles are diesel electric, with a pretty good fuel milage. The truck has a top speed of around 120 km/h, and the rover has a top speed around 30 km/h (estimate)
Instructions:
[b] Setup and operation instructions for truck: [/b]
- Start with key and turn off handbrake
- Drive like a normal vehicle
[b] Unloading Mining Instrument: [/b]
- Go to either side of truck
- Click "Release Platform" Button
- use arrow buttons to lower the platform into the mine (as shown in photos above)
- Click "Release Connectors" on driver side of truck
[b] Using Mining Instrument: [/b]
- Click "Start Engine" on passenger side of truck (on the rover)
- go to "Drill Operator" seat on the passenger side of truck
- click space to turn on monitor
- drive like normal (use instructions on seat for help)
- To mine, read instructions on seat
[b] Loading Mining Instrument: [/b]
- Drive up to platform with drill facing forward
- attach rope on right side of rover to winch
- use buttons on truck to operate winch
- push mining instrument as needed to get it lined up
- go to right side to unclick "release connectors"
- unclick "start engine"
