I tried to make it more manageable than the vanilla charge rifles, but with a higher production cost.
The grenade launchers on some weapons can damage and stun enemies at the same time.
They can be reloaded with plasteel after using their abilities.
All weapons are released in the study of Pulse-charged munitions
They can be created at the Fabrication bench.
