OVERVIEW
The HT/HL-450 "Kerlon" is a high-speed super heavy lift transport helicopter designed to relocate extreme-weight assets across the Sawyer Isles in minimal time.
Engineered primarily for underbelly sling lifting, the Kerlon is capable of transporting tanks, artillery systems, armored vehicles, industrial cargo, and other oversized payloads that exceed conventional airlift limits.
Its immense lifting capacity, reinforced frame structure, and quad winch system allow it to handle loads that would normally require multiple aircraft or ground convoys.

LORE
The Sawyer Isles Defense Force maintains a fleet of super heavy ground machinery ranging from armored systems to industrial-scale logistical platforms. Rapid redeployment of these assets became essential as operational demands increased across dispersed island territories.
Traditional ground transport proved too slow for time-critical mobilization.
The HT/HL-450 "Kerlon" was developed to eliminate this limitation.
Rather than relying on convoy-based logistics, the SI.DF adopted a doctrine of vertical heavy transport, allowing tanks, artillery, and armored systems to be repositioned across the Isles within minutes rather than hours.
The Kerlon quickly became the backbone of rapid-force projection, disaster response, and strategic repositioning operations. Its ability to transport extreme loads while maintaining high transit speed gives the Sawyer Isles unmatched mobility for a force of its size.
In modern SI.DF doctrine, heavy assets are no longer bound by roads.
They move at rotor speed.
