A simple mod that includes everything a Napling may need (ok maybe not everything, but it does have Nimi and tapirs!)
You can also have the tapir ears as a gene if you're playing with Biotech!
The nurse outfit is locked behind complex clothing, and grants some medical benefits.
Locked behind smithing research, it makes for decent blunt weapon with some small medical benefits.
Tapirs will naturally spawn in tropical forests, tropical swamps and glow forests if you've got the Odyssey DLC.
