Functionally a vent. Visually, a vent (as the archotech decided to reuse exactly the same textures as the game is using for vents).
Spiritually a masterpiece.
Stronk, airtight, and more importantly, paintable. Because nothing ruins a bedroom theme like a plain white vent with #f00 and #00f arrows.

Costs a healthy serving of plasteel, spacer components, and your willingness to use criminally and obscenely OP mods.
