Custom Paste Dispenser Policy Fix

Fix food policy checks to respect custom paste types, e.g. MO slop/stew/fondue. Intro This is a patch for the vanilla food seeking logic to also check custom (modded) nutrient paste meal types when checking against pawn food policies. For example, Medieval Overhaul's stew pot meals: slop, (ragout) stew, fondue. By default, the vanilla game only checks food policies for the Nutrient Paste Meal, rather than any modded subtypes (which causes double confusion if you are using World Tech Levels to hide that type of meal during Medieval runs and hence unable to even toggle the Nutrient Paste Meal in your food policies). Now you can be more granular and limit your prisoners to pure slop, as the good lord intended, and ignore the existence of Nutrient Paste Meals when setting up food policies in your medieval run. Notes

I have only tested this with the Medieval Overhaul stew pots, but it should also work with any other modded paste dispensers so long as they correctly set the DispensableDef to the modded meal type.
Compatibility

Should be compatible with all other mods, unless there are any others that patch the nutrient paste dispenser checking subroutine of FoodUtility.BestFoodSourceOnMap in a very specific way, which seems unlikely.
Safe to add or remove from ongoing saves.
